Fees and Rebates

We know starting therapy is a big decision, emotionally and financially, and we want to be as transparent and supportive as we can.

    • Initial appointment: $250

    • Standard sessions: $230

    • Each session runs for approximately 50 minutes and is delivered by a fully registered general psychologist.

    • Initial appointment: $250 - ($151.05 out-of-pocket)

    • Standard sessions: $230 - ($131.05 out-of-pocket)

    • Each session runs for approximately 50 minutes and is delivered by a fully registered general psychologist.

    • If you have a current Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, you’re eligible for a rebate of $98.95 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. We can process this for you after your session via Medicare.

    • We are SIRA-approved to provide psychological treatment under Workers Compensation (WorkCover) and Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance.

    • If you have an accepted claim, your sessions may be fully funded with no out-of-pocket cost to you.

    • Please ensure your case manager has sent us your approval details before your first appointment.

    • We welcome clients who are self-managed or plan-managed under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

    • Sessions are billed at the current NDIS psychology rate, and we’ll provide invoices or submit them directly to your plan manager, depending on your arrangement.

Making Therapy More Accessible

We understand that therapy can be a luxury, especially when life already feels heavy. We try to make it more manageable by offering:

  • Flexible spacing between sessions (weekly, fortnightly or monthly)

  • Evidence-based tools, worksheets and apps to support you between sessions

  • Email check-ins or planning ahead, if you’re managing a tight budget or schedule
