  • Provide psychological assessment and treatment.

  • Communicate with you about appointments, treatment, or reports.

  • Process payments and Medicare/SIRA/CTP/NDIS rebates.

  • Meet legal, regulatory, and professional obligations.

4. Storage and Security

Your information is stored securely in Halaxy, a practice management system that complies with Australian privacy and health data security standards. Access is restricted to your treating psychologist and authorised staff.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, or unauthorised access.

5. Disclosure of Information

We will not share your personal information without your consent, except where required or authorised by law (e.g. court order, mandatory reporting of risk of harm).

With your consent, we may share information with:

  • Your GP or referring doctor.

  • Insurance providers (WorkCover, CTP, NDIS) for funding or reporting requirements.

  • Other treating health professionals involved in your care.

6. Access and Correction

You may request access to your personal information or ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete. Requests can be made in writing to your treating psychologist.

7. Confidentiality and Limits

Everything discussed in session is confidential, except in situations where:

  • There is a risk of harm to you or others.

  • It is required by law (e.g. subpoena, child protection).

  • You consent to information being shared.

8. Website and Online Bookings

When you use our website or Halaxy booking system, some information may be collected automatically (such as cookies or analytics). Online bookings are managed through Halaxy, which has its own security and privacy protections.
